Heather Petty

Heather has been proudly representing buyers and sellers in Claremont and the adjacent foothill communities since 2007.

She has an extensive background in residential investment properties and is currently responsible for more than 60 residences. As part of her services to her clients, Heather negotiates leases, handles maintenance requests, and ensures each tenant fulfills the terms of their lease.

Her residential management activity provides her superior working knowledge of inventory, current market conditions, and trends. These skills when combined with the marketing programs available through Sotheby's International Realty have resulted in extraordinary results for her clients.

Heather is able to make the process of buying and selling a home a cooperative experience. By sharing her expertise, she is able to guide her clients in determining a property's true value and assist in negotiating a successful contract.

Heather is known for her deep loyalty to her clients, personalized service and focused dedication to meeting their needs. She feels extremely fortunate to work at Wheeler Steffen Sotheby's, one of the most trusted and respected brokerages serving the community.

Heather has been married to her high school sweetheart since 1991 and they have two children. Her son is an Eagle Scout and a computer science major at California State University San Bernardino. Her daughter has an interest in journalism and is an editor for her high school newspaper. In her free time Heather enjoys Angels' baseball, cooking, gardening and outdoors activities.
